Nailsea Wildflower Honey

Our bees forage across the fields and hedgerows in and around Nailsea. The honey they make is raw, unpasteurised and unblended. Nothing added, just lightly strained.
Because it's not heated, the honey keeps all its natural enzymes and pollen. The flavour changes a little from season to season depending on what's flowering — that's how it should be.
We now keep bees at two apiaries, Nailsea and Hewish. Each apiary's honey is extracted and jarred separately, never blended, so you know exactly where your honey comes from — right down to the postcode.
Raw honey crystallises over time. It's completely normal and actually a good sign. If yours sets solid, sit the jar in warm water for a bit and it'll loosen up.
Nailsea Wildflower Honey — Small Jar

Hewish Wildflower Honey

Produced from our Hewish apiary and extracted with the same care and attention as our Nailsea honey. Raw, unpasteurised and unblended — never mixed with honey from our other hives.
Because it comes from a different location, the flavour is distinct from our Nailsea honey. It takes on the character of the local forage around the hamlet, including an abundance of lime (linden) trees.

Six ingredients, that's it. Beeswax, coconut oil, lanolin, sunflower oil, vitamin E and a natural flavouring. The beeswax comes from our own hives. It protects your lips without feeling sticky, the coconut oil and lanolin keep them soft, and vitamin E does the rest.

We melt the wax our bees produce, filter it and pour it into moulds. No additives, nothing bleached.
Used for candles and polishes. Also good for crafts — batik, needle felting, bookbinding and woodwork.
It's a natural product, so the colour varies from pale white to dark yellow/caramel depending on the batch and time of year. Doesn't affect quality.
