Our bees forage freely across the wildflower-rich fields and hedgerows surrounding Nailsea, producing a beautifully rich, complex honey that truly tastes of the local landscape. This is honey exactly as nature intended — raw, unpasteurised and unblended, with nothing added and nothing taken away.
Raw honey retains all the natural enzymes, pollen and goodness that heating destroys. Every batch comes from a single apiary, so the flavour reflects the season and the forage —
Note: natural crystallisation may occur — this is a sign of pure, unprocessed honey. Simply stand the jar in warm water to return it to its liquid state.
